Brioche with sausages: quick and easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300ml milk
1 tsp sugar
7g dry yeast
1 egg
40ml oil
600g flour
6 sausages
Mozzarella cheese
Egg yolk
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm milk, sugar and yeast. Add in egg, oil and flour. Let the dough rise for 1 hour 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 portions. Roll out each and wrap the sausage into the dough.
- Insert toothpicks into each roll and make incisions between them.
- Unfold each incision upwards. Smear with egg yolk. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
