Brioche with sausages: quick and easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
300ml milk
1 tsp sugar
7g dry yeast
1 egg
40ml oil
600g flour
6 sausages
Mozzarella cheese
Egg yolk

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together warm milk, sugar and yeast. Add in egg, oil and flour. Let the dough rise for 1 hour 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 portions. Roll out each and wrap the sausage into the dough.
  2. Insert toothpicks into each roll and make incisions between them.
  3. Unfold each incision upwards. Smear with egg yolk. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
