Savory angel cake: the recipe will amaze your guests!

With a bit of creativity and experimentation, it is possible to make a simple savory cake that is fluffy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 135g flour
• 80g water
• 2 tsp dried yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
For the dough:
• 350g flour
• 50g parmesan
• 130g warm milk
• 3 large egg yolks
• 120g soft butter
• 14g salt
For filling:
• 30g melted butter
• 200g diced ham
• 200g smoked cheese
• 130g pitted olives
METHOD
- Prepare a starter, mix all the ingredients. Form a ball, let rise for 1 hour.
- After about 1 hour, begin to prepare the dough. Mix flour and parmesan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and add to the flour, mix well.
- Stir in softened butter. Add salt.
- Finally, add the starter.
- Form a ball and let rise.
- Roll out the dough using a rolling pin, forming a rectangle 3 mm thick.
- Grease with melted butter and immediately add the filling.
- Roll the dough.
- Cut the roll in half! Twist and seal the edges
- Put on a baking tray, covered with parchment.
- Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours.
- Bake in a hot oven at 180°C/350°F for about 40 minutes.
