Savory truffles: perfect to amaze your guests!

Love to eat truffles but don't have a sweet tooth? These savory truffles are just the thing you need!

INGREDIENTS

180 g of cream cheese

50g (3 1/2 tbsp) of smoked salmon in small pieces

2g (1/4 tsp) salt

1g (1 tsp)pepper

4g (1 tsp) of powdered ginger

10g (2 tbsp) chopped pistachios

20g (2 tbsp) chopped hazelnuts

20g (2 tbsp) poppy seeds

20g (2 tbsp) sesame seeds

15g (2 tbsp) dried cranberries

METHOD

Combine cream cheese and pieces of smoked salmon.
Take 1 tsp of the mixture and make mini balls, then roll the balls in hazelnuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, cranberries, and pistachios.
