Mini calzones: perfect to amaze your guests!

You won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
600g (5 cups) flour
330ml (1 ¼ cups) water
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
4g (1 tsp) salt
25ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
Filling:
100ml (2/5 cup) tomato pasta
100g mozzarella
100g ham
100g (2/5 cup) bechamel
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl add the flour, yeast, and a little water at a time, then add the salt and oil and start kneading.
- Knead everything well until it forms a smooth and soft dough, then with a rolling pin roll out a sheet of about 5mm high.
- With a pasta bowl, make lots of circles, stuffed with tomato and mozzarella or béchamel and cooked ham.
- Then close all the panzerotti in the shape of a half-moon and seal with a fork so that the filling does not come out during cooking.
- Now fry them in abundant hot oil for a couple of minutes on each side or until you see them golden. Serve.
