Giant calzone: everyone will love this recipe!

So easy to make, the result will impress the entire family!

INGREDIENTS
 500g (4 cups) 00 flour;
 1 package (7 g) dry yeast;
 1 tsp salt;
 2 tsp sugar;
 45ml (3 tbsp) olive oil;
 300ml (1 ¼ cup) warm milk;
 80ml (⅓ cup) tomato sauce;
 400g (2 cups) mozzarella, shredded;
 1 tsp dry italian herbs.
 
METHOD
  1.  Combine flour with dry yeast, salt and sugar. Add olive oil and pour warm milk in. Knead until a ball of dough forms.
  2.  Place the ball into an oiled bowl, cover and set aside for 1 hour.
  3.  After the time passes, punch the dough down and roll it out into a circle as large as your baking sheet.
  4.  Cover one half of the dough with sauce and shredded cheese. Season with some dried herbs. Cover with another half of the dough and pinch the edges together.
  5.  Brush calzone with olive oil and sprinkle with some more dried herbs.
  6.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.
