Giant calzone: everyone will love this recipe!

So easy to make, the result will impress the entire family!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) 00 flour;
1 package (7 g) dry yeast;
1 tsp salt;
2 tsp sugar;
45ml (3 tbsp) olive oil;
300ml (1 ¼ cup) warm milk;
80ml (⅓ cup) tomato sauce;
400g (2 cups) mozzarella, shredded;
1 tsp dry italian herbs.
METHOD
- Combine flour with dry yeast, salt and sugar. Add olive oil and pour warm milk in. Knead until a ball of dough forms.
- Place the ball into an oiled bowl, cover and set aside for 1 hour.
- After the time passes, punch the dough down and roll it out into a circle as large as your baking sheet.
- Cover one half of the dough with sauce and shredded cheese. Season with some dried herbs. Cover with another half of the dough and pinch the edges together.
- Brush calzone with olive oil and sprinkle with some more dried herbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
