STRAWBERRY JELLY: You'll amaze your guests with this amazing dessert!

INGREDIENTS
520g strawberries
Juice of 1 lemon
50g (1/2 cup) cornstarch
110ml (1/2 cup) water
110g (1/2 cup) sugar
 
For decoration:
Strawberries
Mint leaves
 
METHOD
1. Blend the strawberries with the lemon juice until smooth.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until fully dissolved.
3. In a saucepan, combine the strawberry purée and sugar. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and whisk well.
4. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
5. Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool to room temperature. Transfer to the fridge and chill for at least 5 hours.
6. Decorate the jelly with fresh strawberries and mint leaves before serving.
