TUNA PIADINA: fresh and light, perfect for a quick lunch!

INGREDIENTS
2 tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 piadinas
60g cream cheese
Lettuce
130g tuna in oil, drained
 
METHOD
1. Slice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat the piadinas in a non-stick pan for about 1 minute on each side, until warm.
3. Spread the cream cheese evenly over each piadina. Top with lettuce, seasoned tomatoes, and drained tuna.
4. Fold the piadinas, cut them in half, and serve immediately.
