Piada burger: the easy idea for a tasty lunch!

INGREDIENTS
1 piadina
120g of ground beef
1 shallot
Salt to taste.
Pepper as needed.
150g of Greek yogurt
Chives to taste
Juice of half a lemon
Garlic powder (optional)
A few lettuce leaves
1 sliced ββtomato
METHOD
1. Put the ground beef in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper and a minced shallot.
2. Take the piadina and cover it with freshly seasoned meat.
3. Heat a fairly large non-stick pan and grease it with a drizzle of oil.
4. Put the piadina with the meat facing the pan and cook it for about 3 minutes, then turn it over and let it brown.
5. In the meantime prepare the yogurt sauce, mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chives and if you want some garlic powder, then slice a tomato and take some lettuce.
6. When the piadina is ready, put a little sauce on the meat, add the lettuce on one side, also distribute the tomatoes and put more yogurt sauce, close, press down lightly and cut in half.
7. Look at the show, and then it's ready in less than ten minutes! It's very good, then also quite light, you have to try it!
