Rolled pasta with burger: this quick and easy recipe will surprise you!

INGREDIENTS

for burgers
300g minced meat
salt
pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
50g bread crumbs

500g puff pastry
150g red and green bell peppers
1 tomato
1 cup cheese

METHOD

Mix mixture for burgers until combined. Form a circle and fry for 1,5 min from each side.
Make cuts along the edges of puff pastry
Form little basket
Stuff with burgers, tomatoes, peppers and cheese.
Bake for 15 min at 200C/390F
