GRILLED TUNA: a very simple but tasty dish!

INGREDIENTS
370g tuna
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice
White wine
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Rosemary
 
For serving:
Parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
 
METHOD
1. Place the tuna slices on a cutting board and use a knife to make a series of shallow crisscross cuts on both sides.
2. Transfer the tuna slices to a bowl and add extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, salt, pepper, parsley, and rosemary. Let marinate for 1 hour.
3. After marinating, transfer the tuna slices to a grill pan. Grill on one side for 5 minutes, then cook for a few more minutes on the other side.
4. Serve the tuna on a plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
