CURRYWURST: the creamy and tasty German dish!

INGREDIENTS
Extra virgin olive oil
1 onion
Paprika
240ml (1 cup) of tomato sauce
260g of ketchup
Cumin
Curry
Salt
Bratwurst
METHOD
1. Add a drizzle of olive oil into a pan and sauté the onion. Add paprika, tomato sauce, ketchup, cumin, curry, and salt and cook until thickened. Remove from the heat.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the bratwurst and cook them for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
3. Transfer the sausages to the grill pan and brown them well on both sides. Cut them into pieces.
4. Transfer the sausage pieces into the serving dish and pour the sauce over. Serve and enjoy.
