German cheesecake: you've never tasted such a creamy cake before!

INGREDIENTS
200g butter

10g vanilla sugar
6 eggs
2lb cream cheese
100g semolina
2 tsp baking soda
METHOD
In a large bowl beat butter with sugars. Add eggs one by one.

Add cream cheese and beat.
In a separate bowl, mix semolina and soda
Add to the dough and mix well.
Grease the form with butter, line with parchment paper, pour the dough into the form.
Bake for 60 min at 160°C/320°F.
