Cloud fritters: fluffy like you've never had before!

Here's a trick to make the most amazing fritters ever!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200ml (0.8 cup) water
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
10g dry yeast
½ tsp. paprika
200g (1.6 cup) flour (all purpose)
½ carrots
50g ham
Green onions
Oil
METHOD
- Mix water, eggs, sugar, yeast. Add flour and stir. Let rise for 20 minutes.
- Add salt, paprika, sausage, carrots and green onions. Mix.
- Deep-fry with a ladle.
