Cloud fritters: fluffy like you've never had before!

Here's a trick to make the most amazing fritters ever!

INGREDIENTS
200ml (0.8 cup) water
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
10g dry yeast
½ tsp. paprika
200g (1.6 cup) flour (all purpose)
½ carrots
50g ham
Green onions
 
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Mix water, eggs, sugar, yeast. Add flour and stir. Let rise for 20 minutes.
  2. Add salt, paprika, sausage, carrots and green onions. Mix.
  3. Deep-fry with a ladle.
