This method is so genius!

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt – 250g  
Sugar – 260 g
Plain flour – 250 g
Eggs – 3 
Baking powder – 16g

Yogurt – 250g

Plain flour – 250 g
Eggs – 3 
Baking powder – 16g
Cocoa – 60 g
 
For decoration:
Heavy cream
Strawberries
Hazelnut cream
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl put half of the ingredients (yogurt, sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder and cocoa). Mix it well. In another bowl put the other half of the ingredients and add cocoa.
  2. Divide the springform pan into triangles with cardboard covered with foil. Put the mixtures and bake on 180C for 25 minutes.
  3. Decorate the white triangles with hazelnut cream and the black triangles with heavy cream and strawberries. Serve.
