INGREDIENTS

Yogurt – 250g
Sugar – 260 g
Plain flour – 250 g
Eggs – 3
Baking powder – 16g
Yogurt – 250g

Baking powder – 16g
Sugar – 260 g
Plain flour – 250 g
Eggs – 3
Baking powder – 16g
Yogurt – 250g
Sugar – 260 g
Plain flour – 250 g
Eggs – 3
Baking powder – 16g
Cocoa – 60 g
For decoration:
Heavy cream
Strawberries
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- In a bowl put half of the ingredients (yogurt, sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder and cocoa). Mix it well. In another bowl put the other half of the ingredients and add cocoa.
- Divide the springform pan into triangles with cardboard covered with foil. Put the mixtures and bake on 180C for 25 minutes.
- Decorate the white triangles with hazelnut cream and the black triangles with heavy cream and strawberries. Serve.
