Creme brulèe cones: you've never seen a dessert like this!

Crispy outside and creamy inside, you won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup milk;
½ cup sugar;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
4 egg yolks;
2 tbsp cornstarch;
dark chocolate;
6 waffle cones;
sugar sprinkles.
METHOD
- Pour melted dark chocolate into a waffle cone and spread it inside into an even layer. Let set.
- To make pastry cream heat milk. Whisk eggs, vanilla, sugar, cornstarch. Pour hot milk into the yolks in portions, while whisking constantly.
- Return cream mixture on a stove and cook down until thickens. Pour into a separate bowl, cover with plastic and set aside to cool down.
- Dip the top of each cone into dark chocolate and cover with sugar sprinkles.
- Fill the cones with pastry cream, sprinkle more brown sugar on top and caramelize using torch.
