Creme brulèe brownies

Brownies:
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
12 oz chocolate chips
8 oz butter, softened
2 1/4 cups flour

Creme brulee:
4 cups heavy cream
6 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
4 cups heavy cream
6 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
For the brownies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9-by-9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Beat eggs, sugars and vanilla until combined.
Microwave chocolate with butter until melted. Add it to the egg mixture, fold in flour and mix until fully combined. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F.
For the creme brulee: whisk all ingredients to combine. Pour mixture over cooled brownies. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C/350F.
Sprinkles brownies with sugar over the top. Using a torch, melt the sugar until it bubbles.
