Brownie popsicles

Ingredients:
½ cup flour;
½ cup butter;
½ cup cocoa powder;
½ cup walnuts;
2/3 cup sugar;
2 eggs;
1 tsp instant coffee;
pink and blue candy melts, melted;
dark chocolate and sprinkles for decoration.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 160 (325F). Cover squire baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix flour with a pinch of salt, sugar and walnuts.
Separately whisk melted butter with cocoa powder, coffee and eggs leaving no lumps.
Pour liquid ingredients into the dry mixture and stir to make thick and smooth batter.
Spread brownie batter in a baking pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Let the brownie cool down then cut into a popsicle shapes.
Dip wooden sticks into malted dark chocolate and insert into brownies. Set aside until dark chocolate hardens.
Cover popsicles with melted candy melts, let set and decorate with dark chocolate and sprinkles.
