Fruit popsicles: fresh, nutritious and tasty!

INGREDIENTS
160g (2 medium) kiwis;
170g (1 cup) sliced strawberries;
120g (½ small) pineapple.

120g (½ small) pineapple.
METHOD
- Blend peeled and sliced kiwis until smooth. Pour into the popsicle molds and let sit in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Blend strawberries until smooth and pour on top of the kiwi layer. Let freeze for 20 minutes more.
- Finish popsicles with a layer of blended pineapple, insert a popsicle stick, and freeze for 6 hours.
- Before removing popsicles from the forms, place them in warm water for 30 seconds. Serve right away.
