Fruit pizza: a simple, easy and tasty dessert!

A soft sugar cookie crust with a cream cheese frosting and topped with sliced fruit.

INGREDIENTS

- ready made dough

- cream cheese 230 grams

- strawberry jam 1/3 cup

- powdered sugar 170 grams

- fresh fruits 8-10 cups

- apple jelly 1/4 cup

METHOD

Roll out your ready made dough between sheets of parchment until it rectangle about 16/12 inches.
Transfer it to baking pan.
Bake at 350 F ( 176 C ) for 10-15 minutes.
In a bowl beat well cream cheese with jam and powdered sugar. Spread it over the prepared cookie.
Layer the fresh fruit over the frosting.
Prepare the jelly and until it’s fluid spread it with a pastry brush on top of your fruits.
