Creme brulee spoons

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks;
½ cup cream;
¼ cup milk;
2 tsp sugar+more for serving.

Instructions
Whisk egg yolks, sugar, milk and cream together until smooth.
Pour the mixture into tiny ramekins and Chinese soup spoons. Place into a steamer and steam for around 10 minutes.
Sprinkle some more sugar on top of each crème brulee and burn with a blow torch to caramelize it.
