Сreme brulee microwave

Ingredients
1tbsp Sugar
1 egg yolk
1 portion vanilla ice cream

Method
Heat some ice-cream in microwave for 40 sec, then stir well and leave to cool.
Add in a bowl an egg yolk and mix until combine.
Put ice cream mixture in a baking form.
Bake at 165C/325F for 45 min. Chill for 3 hours.
Sprinkle a thin layer of sugar and grill for 5 min.
