Soybeans bread (youtiao): fluffy and moist like you've never had before!

A delicious fried bread made with soybeans and a few simple ingredients more!
INGREDIENTS
• 100g soybeans
• 2 eggs
• 3g salt
• 5g sugar
• 100ml milk
• 4g dry yeast
• 350g flour
• 20g vegetable oil
• frying oil
METHOD
1. Soak the beans in water for more than 4 hours.
2. Add eggs, salt, white sugar, milk to soybeans, mix and place them in the digester. Soya paste
3. Put soybean paste in a bowl, add yeast powder, mix evenly, slowly add flour, stir, add vegetable oil, knead the dough.
4. Cover with plastic wrap, allow to rise.
5. Place a little vegetable oil on the panel, lay the dough in a long strip, gently pat on a flat surface and divide into 2 cm or so of small dough,
6. Connect two small dough together, use chopsticks to press firmly on the middle (do not break), then turn the left and right hands in the opposite direction, cover with plastic wrap for 10 minutes;
7. Add more oil to the pan, put the dough in the pan, use chopsticks to fry, fry until golden
