Breaded squash cutlet: you’ve never tried anything like it before!

Easy, tasty and fun, you have to try preparing squash like this!
INGREDIENTS
squash
breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese

2 eggs

DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the squash. Beat the eggs together with the pepper.
2. Cover the slices of squash in egg first, then in a breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese mixture (to make them even tastier you can add garlic and salt).
3. Place the sliced squash in a baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Bake at 180°/190° for 35 minutes.
5. When they are golden, remove from the oven and serve.
