Squash bread rolls: a fun and tasty Halloween snack!

INGREDIENTS
pizza dough
cheddar cheese
pancetta
sliced provola cheese
400g boiled squash
salt
pepper
Parmesan cheese
egg yolk

DIRECTIONS
1. Roll out the dough and cut it into squares.
2. Place a piece of cheddar cheese, or any cheese you like, on each square of dough.
3. Roll out enough dough to cover the bottom of a cake pan, place it into the bottom of the cake pan. Roll up the dough squares into balls and place them over the layer of dough in the cake pan.
4. The balls should be placed around the cake pan leaving the center empty. Fill the center with pancetta and provola cheese.
5. Pour pureed squash in the center and season with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
7. Garnish with some previously baked dough.
