You’ve probably tried the sweet version of this recipe, but they’re even tastier in this savory version! You will need one sheet of puff pastry, 200g of ham, 100g Parmesan slivers, 50g of grated Parmesan.Fill the puff pastry with anything you like, roll it up from both sides until they meet in the center. Freeze it for an hour, then cut it into one centimeter slices. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes, serve hot.
