Egg muffins: a unique starter to try for your next dinner party!

Break the eggs into a muffin tin. You’ve never made them like this!
INGREDIENTS
vegetable oil
6 eggs
3 tsp mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS
1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg white and pour them separately into a muffin tin.
2. Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
3. Let them cool, then mix together the egg yolks and mayonnaise.
4. Garnish the egg whites with this mixture and dust with paprika.
