Baklava rolls: the perfect dessert for your next party!

INGREDIENTS
- flour 380 gr.
- milk: 180 gr.
- egg: 1
- baking powder: 8 gr.
- salt: 1/2 tsp
- oil: 50 gr.
- vinegar: 1 tbsp
To roll out the dough:
- corn starch: 150 gr.
- flour: 50 gr.
For the syrup:
- sugar: 300 gr.
- water: 240 gr.
- lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- cinnamon: 4 steaks
- lemon zest: to taste
For the filling:
- walnuts: 120 gr.
- pistachio: 50 gr.
- almonds: 80 gr.
- butter: 150 gr.
- METHOD
In a bowl mix together ingredients for the syrup, microwave for 1 minute and leave. - In another bowl mix together flour with baking powder, salt, milk, oil, vinegar and egg. Let it rest.
- Then chop or blend all nuts.
- In another bowl mix corn starch with flour.
- Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
- Roll out each piece of the dough sprinkling it with corn starch mixture. Then put about 5-6 pieces one on one and roll it out again.
- After that spread melted butter on top of each piece and sprinkle with nut mix. Then wrap the dough using a wooden stick. Transfer it to the baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 180’ C ( 356’ F )
- Right after that pour it with prepared syrup and sprinkle with pistachios.
