Avocado rolls: the perfect appetizer to serve at your next dinner party!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups shredded chicken 
1 medium avocado peeled and pitted
1/2 medium red onion chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
2 tbsp green onion minced
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp parsley chopped
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
4 flour tortillas 8 or 10 inch size
 
METHOD
Mush the avocados in a small bowl, put them to the jar, add plain yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
In a medium bowl, add shredded chicken, red onion, red bell pepper, green onion, cheddar cheese and parsley. Mix until combine.
Spread a chicken avocado mixture on top of a tortilla, roll it up and slice.
