Savory zeppolone: the perfect recipe to prepare in the Easter holidays!

So beautiful and easy to make, the recipe step by step:
INGREDIENTS
100g (1/2 cup) of butter
250ml (1 cup) of water
A pinch of salt
150g (1 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
4 eggs

For the filling:
Cheese slices
Cooked ham
Rocket salad
Olive oil
For decoration:

Mayonnaise
Cherry tomatoes
METHOD
- In a pot add the water, and butter and mix until the butter is melted. Add the flour and mix with a spatula until all is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the bowl and let it cool. Add one egg at a time and mix with a spatula until the mixture is combined well.
- Transfer the mixture into the whipping cream bag and spread it on the baking tray covered with parchment paper creating a circle. Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 25 minutes.
- Split the zeppolone in half and arrange cheese slices, raw ham, and rocket salad seasoned with olive oil and salt. Decorate with whips of mayonnaise and cherry tomatoes.
