Mini pizza Christmas tree: the tasty recipe to prepare during the holidays!

Here's the perfect idea for Christmas!
INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
10g (1 ½ tsp) sugar
250ml (2 cups) milk
20ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
10g (1 ½ tsp) salt
100g tomato sauce
100g mozzarella
METHOD
- Pour flour, sugar, yeast into a bowl, gradually add water, and start kneading. Towards the end of mixing, add salt and oil.
- Knead vigorously until the dough becomes elastic and smooth. If you knead by hand, make everything first in a bowl, and then on a lightly floured work surface, beat the dough several times on the table.
- Roll out the dough and place it in a bowl greased with oil, cover well with cling film.
- Allow rising until doubled. To make it easier to rise, place the dough well covered in the oven with the light on for 1 hour.
- After rising, divide the dough into 16 balls and shape the wood on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Season each ball with tomato sauce. Put a little oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/360°F.
- Bake for about 20 minutes on the lowest oven, remove from the oven, put the mozzarella, and bake for another 5-10 minutes on the central shelf. Remove from oven and serve.
