Bruschetta with meat: the perfect appetizer for Easter Monday!

INGREDIENTS
Bread
400g of minced meat
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
METHOD
1. Slice the bread and transfer the slices to the cutting board.
2. In a bowl with minced meat add the salt and pepper and mix to combine.
3. Place the meat on the bread and press with the fork well.
4. Pour the olive oil into a pan covered with parchment paper and place the bread slices with the meat. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
5. Serve meat and bread slices on the serving plate.
