Baked meat and veggies mix: perfect for a tasty and quick lunch!

Here's the perfect dinner idea for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS

650g ground-meat

Salt

Pepper

7 cloves of garlic

Pepper bell

Parsley

1 tbsp tomato paste

Potatoes

Tomato

Sauce:

1 tbsp tomato paste

55ml (1/4 cup) oil

235ml (1 cup) of water

METHOD

Chop parsley, pepper, garlic. Mix and add to the ground meat. Add salt and pepper and stir. Grease a baking sheet with tomato paste and put the ground meat. Flatten. Decorate with vegetables on top.
Mix ingredients for the sauce and pour over meat on the baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
