Baked pasta cake: a yummy recipe perfect for a tasty lunch with family

INGREDIENTS
500g rigatoni pasta
500ml (2 cups) tomato sauce
500g minced meat
Salt
Pepper
250g mozzarella
Parmesan
Basil
250g ricotta cheese
METHOD
1. Sauté the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. Season the meat with salt and pepper. When the meat is browned, add ricotta cheese to it.
2. Boil rigatoni in water. Mix with parmesan.
3. Arrange the pasta in a baking dish and cover them with tomato sauce.
4. Put the meat mixture into each rigatoni. Pour over with tomato sauce. Put parmesan cheese, and mozzarella on top and cover everything with olive oil.
5. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes. Serve.
