Potato and meat balls: an irresistible recipe for a perfect lunch!

INGREDIENTS
400g ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
4 tbsp oil
Parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
4 potatoes
40g butter
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
50g grated cheese
Salt
Nutmeg
100g tomato sauce
30ml olive oil
Salt pepper
Grated cheese
METHOD
- Boil potatoes. Mix all the ingredients for the ground meat. Form balls. Make a depression with a glass. Drizzle with cooked tomato sauce.
- Prepare mashed potatoes. Use a pastry bag to fill the grooves in the ground meat. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
