Potato and meat balls: an irresistible recipe for a perfect lunch!

INGREDIENTS
400g ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
4 tbsp oil
Parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
 
 
4 potatoes
40g butter
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
50g grated cheese
Salt
Nutmeg
 
100g tomato sauce
30ml olive oil
Salt pepper
 
Grated cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Boil potatoes. Mix all the ingredients for the ground meat. Form balls. Make a depression with a glass. Drizzle with cooked tomato sauce.
  2. Prepare mashed potatoes. Use a pastry bag to fill the grooves in the ground meat. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
