Potato fritters: fluffy and crunchy, they are truly irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
180g of boiled potatoes
4g of dry yeast
100ml (1/2 cup) of milk
250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
15ml (1 tbsp) of cooking oil
Green onion
Salt
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Pour the boiled potatoes into the colander over the bowl and smash them with the spoon.
2. Add the dry yeast and milk and mix with a spatula. Add the flour and cooking oil and continue mixing.
3. When the dough starts to form knead it with your hands until is smooth. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 1 hour, or until it doubles in volume.
4. After 1 hour knead dough to punch out the gas. Add the green onions and salt and knead to combine well.
5. Oil the hands and take the mixture with one hand to form a small ball. Transfer to the pan with hot oil and fry until they are golden brown.
