Meat fritters: a quick recipe for a spicy taste!

The result will leave you speechless!  Here's a quick and delicious idea for dinner!

INGREDIENTS
200g (0.8 cup) minced meat
300ml (1.3 cup) kefir
1 egg
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
1g (1/2 tsp) pepper
1g (1/2 tsp) paprika
2g (1/2 tsp) baking soda
120g (1 cup) flour
 
METHOD
  1. Pour kefir into a bowl, add minced meat, egg, soda, salt, paprika, pepper and mix everything. Then add the flour and mix again.
  2. Heat the oil, and add one tbsp of the meat mixture. Bake evenly, turning frequently.
