Meat nests: a quick recipe for a delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS
 800g / 5.3 cups ground-meat
 5 eggs
 2 grated onions
 2 cloves garlic
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
 50ml / 1.76oz water
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 1.5 tsp salt
 1/2 tsp pepper
 green onion
 
METHOD
1. Mix the ground-meat with grated onions, garlic, green onions, water, soy sauce, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Form the cutlets in the form of boats.
3. Add 1 egg to each well.
4. Bake cutlets for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
