Meat nests with mushrooms and cheese: the exquisite dish to bake in the oven!

INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil (for frying)
2 onions
300g of mushrooms
800g of beef (ground)
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
100g of cheese

METHOD

In a pan, fry the onions until soft, add the mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms are soft.
In a bowl adds the ground beef, chopped onion, salt, pepper, eggs, and mix until all well combined.
With the hands create the balls and arouse the meat with the hands to create a nest. Fill the nest with cheese, mushrooms, and add more cheese on top.
Transfer the nests into the baking pan and bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 35 minutes.
