Easter dove cake rolls: a fun and unique appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of puff pastry
200g grilled zucchini
500g smoked salmon
200g cream cheese
egg wash

DIRECTIONS
Spread the cream cheese over the sheets of puff pastry. Lay the zucchini and the smoked salmon over the cream cheese. Roll it up and slice to make the rolls. Place the rolls into an easter dove cake mold. To fill the entire mold you will need to use two pastry sheets. Brush the top with egg wash and bake at 200°C for 35 minutes.
