Savory puff pastry roll: delicious and fun to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of Puff pastry
100g + 50g of Cheese
100g of Ham
1 Egg for brushing
1 Tomato

METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on the cutting board and arrange the cheese and ham. Begin rolling, brush the edge with egg, and roll.
2. With the knife make the cuts on top and add the tomato slice and piece of cheese.
3. Brush the roll with egg and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
4. Cut the roll into slices and serve.
