INGREDIENTS

flour 290-300g (2.4 cups)
milk 200ml (6.7oz)
vegetable oil 120ml (4 oz)
eggs 2 pcs.
baking powder 2 tsp
vanilla sugar 10 g
sugar 180 g
strawberries 100 g
mold diameter 22-24 cm
METHOD
- Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add milk, oil, flour and baking powder.
- Pour the mixture into a 22 cm baking tin, arrange the strawberries and bake at 180 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
