Quick zucchini and tuna roll: a great recipe for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
slices of bread
1 zucchini
300g tuna
breadcrumbs
cherry tomatoes
olive oil
Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the zucchini into thin slices and place them in a row on a sheet of parchment paper.
2. Add the bread slices and top with tuna, green olives, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
3. Carefully roll everything up using the parchment paper.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
