Potatoes croissants: the perfect idea for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS
200 g potatoes (1 cups)
250 g flour 00 (2 cups)
1 pack of dry yeast
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 egg
100 g ham (2/3 cup)
100 g provola cheese (1 cup)
METHOD
- Boil the potatoes and make a fine puree to which you add salt. Then add flour, yeast, olive oil, egg to the puree and knead the dough. Cover the dough with foil and leave to rise for one hour.
- Flour the work surface and roll out the dough into a circle, then divide it into eight parts. Cut each piece on top, then fill with ham and cheese, roll. Arrange the croissants in a baking tray lined with baking paper. After you have filled and rolled all the croissants, cover them with a cloth and leave them for 15 minutes, during which time preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the croissants for 20-25 minutes.
