Chocolate cookies: delicious and simple to make!

INGREDIENTS
190g (1 ⅓ cups) all-purpose flour
100g (½ cup) cold butter
2 eggs
70g (½ cup) powdered sugar
3g (1 tsp) vanillin
Melted dark chocolate
METHOD
1. Start by whisking butter with powdered sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add cold butter and work the mixture with your fingers until crumbs form.
2. Add eggs into the dough base and mix everything to combine. The dough should be slightly sticky.
3. Wrap the dough with plastic and let sit in the fridge for around an hour.
4. Roll the cold dough out on a floured board to about 3 mm thickness. Cut out star shapes and transfer them onto a parchment-covered baking sheet.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 190°C/375°F. The cookies should still be pale, but slightly golden on the bottom.
6. When the cookies cool down, dip them in melted chocolate halfway and leave for the chocolate to set.
