Flower Swiss Roll: A Simple Way To Make It So Pretty

Use a skewer to create a flower pattern, the result is beautiful!
INGREDIENTS

80ml of vegetable oil
100ml (0.4 cup) milk
75g (0.6 cup) flour
20g (2 tbsp) of whole cream milk powder
4g (1/2 tsp) salt
5 egg yolks (from 364 grams of whole eggs)
5 egg whites
a pinch of salt
5ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
½ tsp vinegar
110g (0.5 cup) sugar
10g cocoa powder
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- Combine oil and milk and heat on steam for 1 minute, when the water boils, put the bowl with the ingredients.
- After heating the oil and milk mix the ingredients and add the sifted flour and salt, then add the egg yolks one by one and mix with the wire.
- Whisk the egg whites firmly with ½ tsp vinegar, gradually adding the sugar.
- Combine the mixture with the egg yolks and egg whites.
- Separate half of the mixture and add the sifted powder.
- In a mold lined with paper, alternately with the help of tbsp, pour the white and dark mixture, 4 tablespoons each. Then make a flower with a wooden stick.
- Bake at 150 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
- When the biscuit is baked, leave it to cool for only 2 minutes, then take it out of the mold and roll it in a kitchen towel, after it has cooled completely, coat the biscuits with the cream and roll.
