Lemon plumcake: fragrant, soft and with a unique taste!

Super fluffy and so easy to male, this is perfect for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
225g (1 1/8 cup) sugar
80ml (1/3 cup) lemon juice
5ml (1 tsp) lemon aroma
Peel of one lemon
80ml (1/3 cup) water
120ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
100g (3/4 cup) corn flour
300g (2 1/2 cups) all purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp) baking powder
 
METHOD
  1. Add the eggs to a deep bowl, start beating with an electric mixer, gradually add sugar.
  2. Add lemon zest, lemon juice to the mixture, then continue to stir.
  3. Add lemon extract, water, oil, cornstarch, flour, and baking powder, when the ingredients are completely combined, mix them with a spatula and pour the mixture into the prepared baking mold.
  4. Coat the mold with oil and flour it to make it easier to remove the cake after baking.
  5. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and bake the cake for 50 minutes. After baking, leave the cake to cool completely.
