Lemon plumcake: fragrant, soft and with a unique taste!

Super fluffy and so easy to male, this is perfect for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
225g (1 1/8 cup) sugar
80ml (1/3 cup) lemon juice
5ml (1 tsp) lemon aroma
Peel of one lemon
80ml (1/3 cup) water
120ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
100g (3/4 cup) corn flour
300g (2 1/2 cups) all purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp) baking powder
225g (1 1/8 cup) sugar
80ml (1/3 cup) lemon juice
5ml (1 tsp) lemon aroma
Peel of one lemon
80ml (1/3 cup) water
120ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
100g (3/4 cup) corn flour
300g (2 1/2 cups) all purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp) baking powder
METHOD
- Add the eggs to a deep bowl, start beating with an electric mixer, gradually add sugar.
- Add lemon zest, lemon juice to the mixture, then continue to stir.
- Add lemon extract, water, oil, cornstarch, flour, and baking powder, when the ingredients are completely combined, mix them with a spatula and pour the mixture into the prepared baking mold.
- Coat the mold with oil and flour it to make it easier to remove the cake after baking.
- Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and bake the cake for 50 minutes. After baking, leave the cake to cool completely.
