Nutella brioche: soft, fragrant and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
600 g (4 ¾ cups) bread flour
70 g (⅓ cup) sugar
70 g (¼ cup) butter, soft
5 g (2 tbsp) fresh yeast
1 egg
250 ml (1 cup) lukewarm milk
10 g (1 ¾ tsp) salt
zest 1 lemon
15g (1 tbsp) honey
METHOD
1. Start by whisking warm milk with sugar, honey, egg, lemon zest, and yeast together.
2. Whisk flour with salt. Add dry ingredients to the liquids.
3. Knead the dough until it comes together, add the soft butter, and knead for 10 minutes more.
4. Form the dough into a ball and let it rise for 2 hours.
5. Punch excess air out and cut the dough into 40 g portions. Roll each into a ball and place on top of a parchment-covered baking sheet, forming a circle.
6. Let it rise for 1 hour, then brush with egg wash and bake at 180°C/350°F for 25 minutes.
