Mushrooms brioche: soft and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
For two portions:
700g (6 cups) flour
300g (1 1/2 cups) sugar
375ml (1 1/2 cups) milk 
4 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) butter
 2 tbsp vanilla extract
7g dry yeast 
1 tsp  salt
40g melted butter 
40g powdered sugar
1 egg
40g flour 
10g cocoa powder
Hazelnut grains

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar and yeast, and add butter, and eggs.
2. Then add in flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Let the dough rise for 2 hours. 
3. Transfer pieces of the dough to the little muffin tray, in another bowl mix, together melted butter, powdered sugar, egg, flour, and cocoa powder, spread onto the dough, and sprinkle with hazelnut grain.
4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
