Lemon bars: fluffy and very fragrant!

The creamy lemon squares of your dreams take just 15 minutes of prep!
INGREDIENTS
225g (1 cup) unsalted butter
100g (1/2 cup) cup white sugar
300g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
For the filling:
4 eggs
200g (1 cup) white sugar
1/2 grated lemon
40g (1/4 cup) all-purpose flour
125ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
For the decoration:
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Add the butter and whisk until combined well.
- Bake at 175°C/347°F 20 minutes.
- Mix in bowl sugar, grated lemon, flour, eggs and lemon juice.
- Add to the previously baked batter and bake at 175°C/347°F for 20 minutes.
- Decorate with powdered sugar.
