How to make delicious cheesy calzone in a pan!

Just a few ingredients, this delicious calzone will be ready in minutes! 

INGREDIENTS
Dough
300 ml Kefir 3.2% mm room temperature
Salt 0,5 tsp
Egg 1 pc.
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Flour 500 gr
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Charging
Cheese 400 gr
Adygea cheese 150 gr
Parsley 30 gr
Salt and pepper to taste
 
METHOD
  1. Combine kefir, salt, egg, flour, baking powder, then add oil and the rest of the flour. Stir in the fine dough. Cover the dough with foil and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling.
  3. Stir the dough into flour, divide it into 8 portions, roll each portion apart and stuff and then bake in heated oil.
